Description
We usually have 1/4 of beef on us at all times and can make what you want work. For the 1/4 of beef we go off of what that beefs hanging weight was at the time it was butchered plus what it cost to process. We know how many steaks are in a 1/4 and will not exceed that limit unless buyer wants to pay extra for more steaks and less hamberger. But we can work with the buyer.
